We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our International Trade & Regulatory Compliance team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with complex international trade matters and regulatory compliance issues, providing support to our clients in navigating the intricate landscape of trade litigation and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade litigation cases, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
  • Engage in judicial appeals related to trade determinations.
  • Support trade policy initiatives with various government agencies, particularly the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
  • Maintain client relationships through direct communication and collaboration on sophisticated legal matters.
  • Travel internationally as required to support client needs and case developments.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited law school.
  • Active and good standing membership in the District of Columbia Bar and New York Bar.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in trade litigation.
  • Strong understanding of trade law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent persuasive writing and analytical skills.
  • Preferred background in accounting, economics, or quantitative analysis; proficiency in Excel.
  • Prior experience with an AmLaw 200 firm is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range of $260,000 - $365,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
