Millwright - Midnight shift

Location: Brampton West

Shift: Midnight

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Millwright to join our maintenance team on the midnight shift. This role involves responding to maintenance work orders, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. You will collaborate with the shift supervisor to prioritize tasks and coordinate with external resources when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Participate in maintenance planning for equipment rebuilds and continuous improvement projects.
• Engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, including autonomous maintenance, 5S, and visual maintenance.
• Uphold core values with a focus on health and safety, adhering to 18001/14001 certification standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Millwright with a 433A certification.
• Experience in roll-forming, welding, CNC cutting, and robotic material handling is advantageous.
• Self-directed, committed to quality work, and able to work independently.
• Welding experience is preferred.
