We are seeking an experienced International Sourcing Engineer to oversee the sourcing of new suppliers, both local and international. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the manufacturing culture and have a proven track record in the metal fabrication, stamping, or wheel manufacturing sectors.
80000-120000 Thailand Baht Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers locally and internationally.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and delivery timelines.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, specifically within the metal fabrication, stamping, or wheel manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
