Location: Charlotte, NC (Preference for NC & SC Licensed Surveyors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize advanced surveying tools and software, including Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, and GPS/RTK systems.
• Oversee the preparation of record maps, as-builts, and topographic surveys.
• Develop 3D surface models and prepare data for earthwork quantities.
• Conduct construction stakeout calculations and manage project documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with preference for NC & SC licensure.
• Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in the latest surveying technologies and software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
