Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Highway, Traffic Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading projects related to highway and traffic engineering, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships, particularly with major clients such as PennDOT and the Turnpike.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of highway and traffic projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 12 to 15 years of professional experience in highway and traffic engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong client management skills with a track record of successful client interactions.
