We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team, focusing on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of sophisticated electrical control systems. This position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite at various global manufacturing plants, ensuring seamless operation and integration of OEM equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and commissioning processes for OEM equipment at international manufacturing sites.
• Provide expert technical service and support for electrical control systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve control-related issues in OEM equipment efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with control policies and standards.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in controls engineering or IT systems.
• Experience with international teams is advantageous.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of control system design and implementation for global manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and electronic control systems.
• Experienced in programming Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs.
• Skilled with Rockwell HMI platforms including PanelView Plus, PanelView Plus CE, and FactoryTalk View ME/SE.
• Experience in programming Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLCs.
• Basic knowledge of Ethernet-based industrial networks and architectures.
