Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to spearhead the reliability program at a dynamic manufacturing facility in Morristown, Tennessee. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the reliability, maintainability, and performance of plant equipment, processes, and systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive facilities reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to enhance the reliability and maintainability of new and existing equipment.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving reliability, maintainability, and eliminating failures in equipment, production processes, utilities, and safety systems.
- Design, implement, and monitor effective maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as non-destructive testing methodologies.
- Analyze recurrent equipment failures to develop sustainable solutions that positively impact production capacity, product quality, operating costs, and regulatory compliance.
- Offer technical support during routine and urgent equipment issues to maintenance and production teams.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Maintenance team.

- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent equipment issues.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineering or Specialist role.
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, such as Manager, Supervisor, or Technician, is strongly preferred.
