Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and execute all NYSCEF filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee court document processing and retrieval.
  • Maintain detailed legal records and coordinate effectively with attorneys, courts, and administrative staff.
  • Assist in document management, trial preparation, and provide comprehensive case support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in real estate litigation, including NYSCEF filing expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and legal document management systems.
  • Familiarity with MyCase software is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
