We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Federal Sales Lead in the aerospace and satellite communications sector. This pivotal position requires working closely with executive leaders to enhance our presence in the federal market.
Location: Washington, DC
Compensation: Base salary ranging from $210,000 to $230,000, plus a 20-30% commission bonus.
Role Overview
Situated in Washington, DC, the successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing a robust federal sales strategy. This includes spearheading business development, managing capture processes, and overseeing proposal submissions throughout the government contracting lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs) and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process is essential to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. The role requires direct reporting to executive leadership and plays a crucial role in shaping our federal strategy and market outreach.
