We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Operations Supervisor to lead a vital international division at a key West Coast hub. Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize international freight operations to achieve operational excellence.
• Enhance customer service standards and improve accountability measures.
• Negotiate competitive pricing with international carriers and agents.
• Oversee all aspects of Air and Ocean Import & Export activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support the growth of new and existing accounts.
• Engage in customer meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to facilitate ongoing expansion.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and international shipping mandates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing international freight forwarding operations (Air/Ocean Import & Export).
• Proven leadership experience in managing operations teams.
• Expertise in international rate negotiation.
