Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Purchasing Agents to fulfill all contracting requirements.
- Manage trade applications and ensure timely vendor setup, maintaining communication to secure contracts, insurance documents, and business licenses.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contracts, insurance, and statutory obligations.
- Leverage advanced JDE expertise to coordinate with the accounting department and maintain purchasing databases.
- Negotiate and resolve contract modifications, price adjustments, and change orders.
- Communicate updates on products and pricing to Construction, Customer Care, and other internal teams as necessary.
- Prepare and submit change order requests for Land Development projects.
- Assist with budget revision requests for Land Development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and vendor management.
- Proficiency in JDE systems.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial setting.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
