Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes and manage all aspects of commercial foreclosure litigation.
- Handle various other real estate litigation matters, ensuring thorough and precise legal practice.
- Engage in motion practice, discovery processes, including e-discovery, and actively participate in courtroom proceedings.
- Prepare and serve predicate notices and court pleadings, maintaining adherence to proper NY citation formatting.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions with exceptional attention to detail.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically in landlord-tenant litigation.
- Experience or a strong willingness to learn commercial foreclosure litigation practice.
- Outstanding research and writing skills, coupled with strong academic credentials.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
