We are seeking a dynamic and experienced White Collar Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a prestigious legal practice in Seattle. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in complex civil and regulatory litigation, including white collar defense and internal corporate investigations.
• Work directly with global clients on sophisticated legal issues such as enforcement actions and corporate compliance.
• Participate actively in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with major trial teams to handle high-stakes legal disputes.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in a large firm, preferably within an Am Law 100 environment.
• Proven capabilities in complex litigation, especially in regulatory or financial matters.
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
• Previous experience as a federal or state prosecutor or defense counsel is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong client management and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under high pressure.
• Licensed and in good standing in Washington State, or eligible to waive in.

Compensation:
