White Collar Commercial Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced White Collar Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a prestigious legal practice in Seattle. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in complex civil and regulatory litigation, including white collar defense and internal corporate investigations.
- Work directly with global clients on sophisticated legal issues such as enforcement actions and corporate compliance.
- Participate actively in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with major trial teams to handle high-stakes legal disputes.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of litigation experience in a large firm, preferably within an Am Law 100 environment.
- Proven capabilities in complex litigation, especially in regulatory or financial matters.
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
- Previous experience as a federal or state prosecutor or defense counsel is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong client management and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under high pressure.
- Licensed and in good standing in Washington State, or eligible to waive in.

Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $215,000 to $290,000, with benefits. Billable expectations typical of top-tier litigation practices (1800-1950 hours).
