Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and HR centers of expertise to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee management and business goal achievement.
- Strategically plan workforce requirements, including succession planning aligned with budgets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for employee growth and development.
- Guide supervisors in setting objectives, performance reviews, and skills development plans.
- Manage labor relations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify HR needs and propose action plans for workforce planning and development.
- Support managers with coaching and employee relations matters.
- Champion talent development and succession strategies.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Monitor and report on HR Key Performance Indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits management, health management, and talent management.
- Proven track record in change management and continuous improvement integration.
- Exceptional ability to foster a customer-focused and people-centric culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with the ability to analyze and develop reports.
