Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a new hotel development, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate daily site operations, inspections, and trade sequencing.
• Implement strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Interpret and enforce adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, owners, and inspectors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address technical and logistical challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including reports and punch lists.
• Ensure the final project meets brand standards, design intent, and owner expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record in leading hotel or hospitality construction projects.
• Expertise in managing ground-up, multi-story builds.
• In-depth understanding of structural, MEP, and finishing scopes.
• Proficient in interpreting complex construction drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards (OSHA-30 certification preferred).
• Ability to lead on-site full-time with authority and professionalism.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with franchise or brand-standard hotel developments.
• Background in turnkey commercial construction projects.
