Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Workers Compensation Associate to manage cases from start to finish. This role involves conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements. Your ability to craft persuasive legal arguments is essential in this position. The hybrid work model offers increasing flexibility aligned with your experience, and compensation is exclusively based on billable hours, enabling you to determine your earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research related to workers' compensation cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

  • Manage cases independently, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law, either on the claimant or defense side.
