Your Role:

• Lead and oversee all phases of D365 Business Central implementations
• Develop business requirements and design system solutions
• Manage software configuration, testing, training, and deployment processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients
• Schedule resources effectively and supervise project teams
• Mentor and develop team members
• Act as an escalation point to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with D365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Deep understanding of business cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and production
• Knowledge of database structures and system design
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in managing and leading small teams
