Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Auto Tiera 1 manufacturing efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept in steering various product groups to meet business goals, ensuring the highest standards in delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage manufacturing teams to achieve business targets, including punctual delivery, quality assurance, and cost management.
• Organize and staff production areas in alignment with business requirements.
• Mentor and guide production supervisors across diverse shifts.
• Collaborate on the coordination of the weekly production schedule.
• Spearhead and participate in teams focused on safety and quality enhancements.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of training programs.
• Plan and manage operational budgets effectively.
• Support the development and launch of new product prototypes.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Shainin methodologies.
• Represent the organization in interactions with customers and suppliers.
• Manage project work as assigned by the Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in project management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
