Opportunity Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Analog/Digital technologies. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance from initial requirements and architectural design through to qualification, production, and product sustainment.
• Lead innovative hardware design efforts for analog and digital applications, especially in demanding environments.
• Develop and document detailed design requirements and deliver presentations during technical reviews.
• Conduct complex trade-off analyses balancing performance, cost, schedule, and risk factors.
• Support manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers, and troubleshoot legacy products.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to project proposals, and assist in technical hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design, including A/D conversion and processor/microcontroller interfaces.
• Strong expertise in power electronics and familiarity with MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, and GaN devices.
• Proven experience with DC/DC converters and compliance with standards such as MIL-STD-1275/704, DO-160, and MIL-STD-461.
• Proficiency in analyses such as thermal, electrical stress, worst-case, tolerance, aging, FMEA, EMI, and radiation (SEU, TID).
• Skilled in PWB layout for high-power, high-voltage, and EMI-compliant designs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of communication protocols including CAN, RS-232/422/485, SPI, JTAG, PCI/PCIe, and Ethernet.
• Experience in motor control, control theory, and sensor interface technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools such as LT-Spice, P-Spice, OrCAD, Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink.
