We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives within our organization. Salary: £90-100k per year, based on experience
This hybrid role offers flexibility, with ideal candidates based in London, Leeds, or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic direction for automation and digitalization projects.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for related projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to provide customized, high-quality solutions.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, offering expertise in client meetings and as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles focused on automation and digital transformation.
- Extensive experience in driving sales and growth within a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects and programs.
- In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and software development methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
