HR Specialist & Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Initiate and implement employee engagement and welfare programs to nurture a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
- Collaborate closely with the international HR team and provide strategic HR insights to leadership.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Organize team gatherings, offsite meetings, and corporate events in coordination with leadership.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the defense industry requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment, office management, or people operations; startup experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration.
- Ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and practical, day-to-day tasks.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with the capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
