We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic finance leader to assume the role of Senior Vice President of Finance in Ontario. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Corporate Controller and Financial Analyst team.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end close processes.
• Analyze monthly operational statements for various entities.
• Maintain and regularly update operating proformas on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee the consolidation of profit & loss and cash flow statements across all entities.
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly and board meeting books for executive review.
• Supervise all property appraisals and loan draw processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for all lender communications.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, cash flow assessments, and proforma preparations as necessary.

• Extensive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within real estate or corporate sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
