Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to management policies and procedures.
• Manage all phases of project management, including job setup, construction phase, and closeout phase.
• Lead and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Maintain strong customer relations and act as a customer sponsor when necessary.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two to four years of experience as a Project Manager in relevant construction markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Procore project management system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical instructions and data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting information effectively to various stakeholders.

Physical Demands:

• Able to perform tasks requiring physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Capable of working in varied environments and adapting to physical demands as needed.
