Sales Director, Payroll and HRIS Systems
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director with a robust background in leading B2B sales teams, particularly within Payroll, HRIS, or related industries. This role requires a dynamic leader who is adept at achieving sales targets, managing pipelines, and closing deals with proven success. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching, developing talent, and fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent.
- Engage actively in the field, participating in cold calls and prospect meetings to demonstrate successful sales techniques.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to evaluate metrics, set priorities, and address challenges.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success to enhance lead conversion and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, using data to pinpoint performance trends and growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or surpass revenue targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing B2B sales teams, with a preference for Payroll, HRIS, or similar industries.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or equivalents.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented and data-driven approach.
- Excellent coaching abilities and people development skills.
Compensation:
The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125K to $175K, supplemented by commissions between $50K and $75K, along with comprehensive benefits.
Location:
This position requires working from the office located in Williamsburg and reports directly to the CEO and Executive Team.
