Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Act as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial lines business, ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Employ strategic thinking to foresee client needs and deliver customized insurance solutions.
• Daily Interaction: Build and sustain robust client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance products.
• Rate-Making and Underwriting: Utilize experience in rate-making and knowledge of underwriting to effectively support client needs.
• Staff Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Licensing: A valid insurance license is mandatory.
• Industry Expertise: Proficiency in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and policy application to meet client needs.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in servicing commercial business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applied TAM software is preferred.
• Professionalism: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, along with strong communication abilities.
• Professional Designations: Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI are highly desirable but not required.
