As a Sales Director, you will focus on empowering small to mid-sized businesses and agent/ISV's by providing expert payment solutions and tailored recommendations. Your efforts will unlock new revenue streams and help businesses thrive in today’s competitive market.

 

What You Will Do:
 
  • Actively prospect and build relationships with SMB and midmarket clients, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Sell a comprehensive suite of payment solutions directly to SMB, midmarket merchants, and offer a robust program to agents and ISVs.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline, convert leads, and navigate complex hardware and software needs to close deals.
  • Consistently exceed targets by managing the full sales cycle from opportunity to close.
  • Collaborate with company leadership and lead sources to identify and convert additional opportunities.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly while delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.

 

What You Bring:
 
  • 5+ years of sales experience in merchant services/payments selling into SMB, midmarket clients, agent/ISO or ISV
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience using technology to manage your workflow and client relationships.
  • Creative approach to challenges, finding solutions that add value for both clients and the organization.
