This role is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality technical support to customers and partners, ensuring seamless integration of payment solutions.

 

What You Will Do:

 
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, partners, and sales teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payment technology solutions, including MDM, TMS, and key injection.
  • Assess customer requirements to integrate with Android-based payment terminals and recommend best practices.
  • Collaborate with third-party integrators and partners to resolve technical integration challenges.
  • Conduct integration and validation testing on software developed by the engineering team, logging issues in Jira and providing early feedback to streamline fixes and releases.
  • Deliver product training as needed to customers, partners, and internal teams, as well as participate in technical presentations.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to support integration efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

 

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with EMV certification and payment system integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with software and hardware engineers.
