We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner to lead our clients SMB Payment Strategy, focusing on pay-in and payout solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SMB financial processes, including money-in and money-out workflows. This role involves driving digital journey enhancements and spearheading digital marketing campaigns.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Define and execute product roadmaps for SMB payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative pay-in and payout products.
  • Conduct market research to understand SMB payment trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, engineering, and sales to deliver product launches and improvements.
  • Act as the primary product liaison ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience.
  • Lead efforts to optimize payment processes for contractors, B2B, professional services, and retail segments.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SMB payments.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling pay-in and payout products.
  • Strong knowledge of payment rails including merchant services, ACH, and RTP.
  • Experience in digital marketing and customer journey optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
