A highly respected, chef-driven Japanese restaurant in Dallas is entering an exciting new chapter and is seeking a General Manager to lead the next phase of growth and refinement.

The incoming General Manager will play a critical role in shaping this next chapter—driving service excellence, building team alignment, and establishing a consistent, elevated dining experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all front-of-house operations with a strong, visible presence on the floor
- Elevate and standardize service across all touchpoints
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Operations
- Build, mentor, and align the service team to a high-performance culture
- Refine guest experience, pacing, and overall dining room flow
- Drive consistency, accountability, and attention to detail
- Foster a culture of hospitality that balances precision with warmth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in fine dining
- Strong floor presence and a passion for guest interaction
- Experience in tasting menu or highly structured service environments
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and/or kaiseki-style dining preferred
- Ability to lead through change and build trust with an existing team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven
- A collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
