We’re seeking a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge solutions in Patient Services. You’ll lead the creation of scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architectures, optimize patient experiences, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Salesforce Health Cloud solution design & implementation

• Architect large-scale Patient Support Programs

• Integrate partner services and optimize workflows

• Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions

• Drive PoCs, streamline architecture, and identify cost-saving opportunities

What You Bring:

• Salesforce Application & System Architect certifications preferred

• Expertise in Health Cloud, OmniStudio, FHIR integrations

• Knowledge of ETL, Snowflake, AWS, Python, and cloud technologies

• Strong communication & collaboration skills

• Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and patient data privacy
