About the Role:
The Director will oversee engineering teams delivering cloud-native solutions across customer engagement and communications ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering managers and senior developers.
- Drive execution of product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
- Implement best practices for Agile development, DevOps, and QA.
- Ensure teams deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software.
- Own budget, resource planning, and talent acquisition for engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ in leadership.
- Proven success scaling engineering teams in SaaS companies.
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps.
- Experience delivering products across multiple verticals (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, AI).
