About the Role:
Seeking a Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, events, and content creation that drive awareness and pipeline across cloud communications and CX technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
- Support trade shows and industry events (Enterprise Connect, CCW).
- Create sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations.
- Coordinate with Sales and Product teams on go-to-market activities.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, or related SaaS sectors preferred.
