About the Role:
Seeking a Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, events, and content creation that drive awareness and pipeline across cloud communications and CX technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
  • Support trade shows and industry events (Enterprise Connect, CCW).
  • Create sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Product teams on go-to-market activities.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Qualifications:
 
  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, or related SaaS sectors preferred.
