About the Role:
The CMO will define the company’s marketing vision and strategy, building a world-class brand across customer engagement technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Own global brand, communications, demand gen, and analyst relations.
  • Partner with CRO, CEO, and Product to set overall market strategy.
  • Build and scale marketing organization across multiple regions.
  • Position the company as a leader in CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, AI, and workflow automation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and investor forums.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 15+ years in marketing leadership, including CMO-level experience.
  • Proven success building brands in enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Track record of scaling marketing to support $100M+ ARR companies.
  • Strong boardroom and public presence.
