About the Role:
The Director will lead the Marketing team, driving brand awareness, pipeline, and product positioning across multiple ecosystems (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, RPA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic marketing programs across demand gen, product marketing, and partner marketing.
- Manage marketing budget, planning, and performance metrics.
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across channels.
- Build strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Channel teams.
- Expand presence at industry events, analyst briefings, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ in leadership.
- Experience leading marketing in enterprise SaaS or telecom sectors.
- Proven ability to scale marketing functions in high-growth companies.
- Strong background in positioning complex technologies to enterprise buyers.
