About the Role:
The CRO will own all revenue-generating functions of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success. This role is pivotal in shaping market presence across next-generation customer engagement technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s revenue strategy across direct and indirect channels.
- Lead and align global GTM functions to deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and investor-facing revenue reporting.
- Expand strategic alliances with hyperscalers, CX tech partners, and global SIs.
- Drive competitive differentiation in CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, AI, RPA, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in enterprise SaaS revenue leadership, with 3–5 years at C-level.
- Proven success managing $100M+ P&L.
- Experience leading both high-velocity and enterprise sales motions.
- Boardroom presence and ability to fundraise or support investor relations.
