About the Role:
Seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of customer engagement technologies, including CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-driven CX platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Work directly with customers to implement cloud solutions aligned to business requirements.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into solution designs.
  • Configure integrations with CRM, analytics, and workforce management systems.
  • Train end-users and administrators on platform capabilities.
  • Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 3–5 years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation roles in SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ecosystem (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, RPA).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Project delivery experience with enterprise customers.
