About the Role:
Seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of customer engagement technologies, including CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-driven CX platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to implement cloud solutions aligned to business requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into solution designs.
- Configure integrations with CRM, analytics, and workforce management systems.
- Train end-users and administrators on platform capabilities.
- Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation roles in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ecosystem (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Conversational AI, RPA).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Project delivery experience with enterprise customers.
