About the Role:
The Director will lead a regional Professional Services organization, overseeing consultants, project managers, and solution specialists across CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, and RPA/AI implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own regional P&L and utilization metrics for services organization.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Professional Services staff.
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and quality standards for deployments.
- Partner with Sales and PreSales to scope and price service engagements.
- Drive customer adoption and long-term platform success.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Professional Services with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience scaling services delivery teams in SaaS/telecom ecosystems.
- Strong background in enterprise implementations and integrations.
- Ability to balance customer satisfaction with profitability.
