About the Role:
The Senior Engineer will own design and architecture for major product modules across CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI-driven applications.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead design and development of new features and core system components.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, analytics, and workflow automation.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • 7+ years of engineering experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI/automation frameworks or communications protocols (SIP, WebRTC).
