About the Role:
The VP or Chief Services Officer will lead all Professional Services functions globally, ensuring that enterprise customers achieve rapid time-to-value from next-gen CX platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define global services strategy, delivery model, and partner enablement.
- Manage global utilization, margins, and services revenue targets.
- Develop partnerships with major system integrators and consulting firms.
- Oversee enterprise programs, multi-region rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
- Represent services function with Board and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in Professional Services leadership, preferably at global SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of contact center, communications, and CX transformation projects.
- Proven success managing $50M+ services organizations.
- Ability to drive services-led revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
