About the Role:
The VP Engineering / CTO will own the global engineering function, ensuring innovation, scalability, and technical excellence across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead global teams across multiple engineering domains.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and shape product innovation.
- Partner with CRO, CPO, and CEO to influence go-to-market and investment strategies.
- Represent the technical vision externally to customers, partners, and analysts.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in engineering leadership, including executive roles.
- Experience managing 100+ engineer organizations across multiple geographies.
- Proven success bringing cloud SaaS products to global enterprise markets.
- Board-level presence and ability to communicate vision to investors and customers.
