JOB PROFILE:

Manages the chemical blending and formulation business with 100 workers, including formulation chemist. This position is accountable for managing manufacturing operations, business growth, safety compliance, quality standards, workforce development\training, and customer satisfaction. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree preferred.

Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, production, quality, or a related field.

Solid experience in plant safety, lean and kaizen

MS Dynamics

Profit & Loss (P&L) management experience.
