Human Resources Director

We’re conducting a confidential search for a hands-on HR Director to build and lead the HR function for a growing healthcare organization. This opportunity combines day-to-day HR ownership with the ability to shape policies, support leaders, and strengthen the employee experience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

• Manage compensation, benefits, HR policies, and employment-law compliance.

• Coach managers and support employee development and organizational growth.

• Improve HR systems, processes, and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.

• Progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities and broad ownership of HR functions.

• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and benefits, with strong employment-law knowledge.

• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.

Healthcare or pharmacy experience and PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification are preferred. Occasional travel may be required.
