Pharmacist In Charge with Multiple State Licenses
Our client, an independently-owned healthcare group is seeking a solid leader for their busy and growing specialty pharmacy operation that services patients all over the US. Multiple pharmacy licenses are a must.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and driven Pharmacist with great leadership skills to be on the ground floor of some very exciting growth!
The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing compliant pharmacy operations in a high-volume sterile compounding operation (503a). Great leadership skills and a proven record of operational compliance and efficiency is the focus for this role.
The company will offer a competitive salary plus great benefits and uncapped growth opportunities. This is an on-site leadership role in North Dallas (not remote).
Requirements:
- Pharm D degree or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in TX
- Multiple Licenses (10-15 preferred)
- Compounding experience required; sterile compounding preferred
- Great communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
