Pharmacy Operations Manager / Director – 503A Compounding Pharmacy

We’re partnering with a growing 503A compounding pharmacy in Dallas seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader to drive day-to-day performance and help scale the organization through its next stage of growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with responsibility across pharmacy production, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, staffing, workflow and overall operational performance.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of pharmacy operations leadership experience
• 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy experience required
• 3+ years leading teams of 20+ employees
• Strong experience managing KPIs, productivity, staffing and operational performance
• Proven success improving workflows, building processes and driving accountability
• A hands-on leader who knows how to build, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in a highly regulated pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment
