Project Controls Specialist
Our client supports complex infrastructure and mission-critical construction projects across the U.S., with a strong focus on planning, scheduling, and execution support. We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist to manage and analyze construction schedules for large-scale projects, including data centers and similar high-complexity environments.
Locations & Travel
This role supports active project sites in Bowling Green, OH; Kansas City, MO; Chattanooga, TN; and Phoenix, AZ.
Candidates must either reside in one of these locations or be open to regular travel to project sites as required.
What You’ll Do

Develop, update, and manage Primavera P6 construction schedules

Build activity logic from engineering documents, procurement plans, and construction sequencing

Collect progress updates and perform critical path and schedule risk analysis

Identify delays, float erosion, and potential impacts; recommend recovery strategies

Create look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and progress reports

Coordinate schedules with permitting, utility tie-ins, and material deliveries

Participate in project meetings and support stakeholder reporting
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of construction scheduling experience on complex or mission-critical projects

Strong hands-on expertise with Primavera P6

Solid understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination

Ability to read and interpret engineering and civil drawings

Experience with CPM scheduling and schedule performance analysis

Proficiency in Excel; reporting tools are a plus
-
PMP or PSP certification preferred
