You’ll work alongside industry leaders, leveraging your expertise in scheduling, coordination, and project controls to keep timelines on track, mitigate risks, and drive results.

What You’ll Do
- Own the schedule – Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Be the go-to expert – Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Solve problems before they happen – Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Keep projects on track – Support procurement efforts and track material deliveries to ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead with insight – Participate in project meetings, providing critical input and documentation.
- Keep stakeholders informed – Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports that highlight key updates and milestones.
- 5+ years of experience in mission-critical construction projects (data centers, industrial facilities, or similar high-complexity environments).
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, drawing reviews, and subcontractor coordination.
- Proficiency in scheduling software using Primavera P6.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills—you know how to anticipate challenges and create solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where every detail matters.
- PMP or PSP certification preferred (but not required—we value experience and expertise).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
