We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the implementation of a Salesforce Service Cloud solution for a large public sector call center environment. This role will focus on building and customizing Salesforce applications, developing automation and integrations, and supporting deployment of new capabilities for case management and customer service operations.

 

The developer will collaborate with architects, analysts, and project teams to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
• Configure Salesforce features including Flows, validation rules, and process automation
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Build and maintain case management and workflow automation solutions
• Develop deployment scripts and support CI/CD pipelines
• Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews
• Maintain technical documentation including configuration guides and design documentation
• Support user acceptance testing and assist with troubleshooting issues during deployment
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for Salesforce applications
• Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and platform governance requirements

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Minimum 3 years working with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow
• Experience designing Salesforce data models and security models
• Experience implementing case management solutions in Salesforce
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
• Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

 

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
or
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder Certification

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector Salesforce implementations
• Experience integrating CTI solutions or contact center platforms
