Project Manager – Onsite Deployment Services

Trick Dog Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Onsite Deployment Services to lead and coordinate technical deployment projects on behalf of our partners and clients. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing onsite deployment activities while serving as the primary point of coordination between customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate onsite engineering resources for multi-site and national rollout projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure deployment activities align with scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively address issues and escalations.
• Coordinate logistics, site readiness, and access requirements in advance of deployments.
• Facilitate communication between onsite technicians, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and completion records.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all engagements.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical deployment, rollout, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of onsite deployment workflows and field service coordination.
• Experience working with distributed technical teams and third-party partners.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working with clients and partners in a delivery-focused role.
• Experience with project tracking tools, documentation, and reporting.
