Seeking a senior, client-facing Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, and modern Microsoft data platforms. This role includes solution architecture, hands-on delivery, client workshops, presales support, mentoring team members, and contributing to thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Delivery
• Design and build AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud and RPA Flows), Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Establish governance, security, lifecycle management, prompt standards, data access controls, and monitoring strategies for AI solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices including CI/CD, version control, and application lifecycle management using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Train and guide client teams on solution usage, governance, and operational best practices.

Client Engagement & Presales
• Lead workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and hands-on training.
• Build client-facing AI and automation solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in discovery sessions, presales meetings, and demonstrations.
• Contribute to technical proposals, architecture documents, estimates, and statements of work.
• Help clients identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and develop phased implementation roadmaps.

Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership, reviews, and mentoring.
• Contribute to reference architectures, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.
• Promote best practices around responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance.

Continuous Learning
• Create thought leadership content including blogs, white papers, and webinars.
• Stay current on Microsoft technologies and certifications.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Consulting
• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Data, AI, or Power Platform technologies in client-facing roles.
• Consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Artificial Intelligence
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and AI solution development.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using Azure AI Search, including vector indexing, hybrid search, and semantic reranking.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services including Document Intelligence, Language, Vision, and Speech.

Power Platform
• Expert-level Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Expert-level Power Automate experience, including Cloud Flows. Desktop/RPA experience preferred.
• Strong Dataverse experience including data modeling, security, and lifecycle management.

Data & Analytics
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platform technologies.
• Ability to design data models supporting AI solutions and business applications.
• Power BI experience including DAX, semantic models, report development, and governance.

Development
• Strong Python skills required.
• C#/.NET experience preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, including declarative agents, Graph connectors, and Copilot connectors.
• AI governance and compliance frameworks utilizing tools such as Microsoft Purview and Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, and MLOps experience.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Bicep or Terraform.
