We are seeking an AV Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of audio-visual solutions across meeting and collaboration environments. This role will focus on troubleshooting, installation, and integration of AV systems, with a strong emphasis on conference room technologies and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic AV engineering tasks including setup, configuration, and support of AV systems
• Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues related to AV environments
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms solutions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AV platforms and collaboration tools
• Install and integrate AV hardware including displays, cameras, and conferencing equipment
• Mount and install TVs and integrate them into existing AV systems
• Work with Poly and Neat all-in-one video conferencing hardware
• Set up and support meeting rooms, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and training rooms
• Ensure proper integration of AV solutions within existing environments
• Support AV cabling and adhere to AV standards and best practices
• Provide technical support across all aspects of AV and meeting room technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Foundational AV engineering experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience across AV hardware and software
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
• Experience with Poly (Polycom) and Neat AV hardware
• Ability to install and configure AV equipment, including displays and conferencing systems
• Experience with AV cabling and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of conference room and collaboration technologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting enterprise AV environments
• Familiarity with AV standards and structured cabling practices
